As COVID-19 control has become a regular part of our life, please wear masks in the following situations:
1.Medical staff; outpatients and inpatients as well as those who accompany patients to hospital or visit them in hospitals should wear masks.
2.Patients with fever or respiratory infections and people in contact with them should wear masks both at home and when going out.
3.Service providers including staff at service windows, people working in shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, KTVs, and beauty salons, sanitation workers, bus and subway staff, taxi drivers, and online ride-hailing service providers should wear masks. So should personnel checking people’s body temperatures or IDs in residential communities, enterprises and public institutions and public places.
4.Wear masks when going to crowded and poorly ventilated indoor public places, taking subways and other public transportation vehicles, and entering places like nursing homes, nurseries and kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, welfare facilities, etc.
Wearing masks is recommended for the following people:
5.Seniors in frail health conditions, people suffering from chronic diseases, and pregnant women are advised to wear masks when going out or having to enter into close contact with others and thus take unknown risks.
6.Teachers and students in class.
Wearing masks is not required in the following situations:
7.If you keep a distance of at least one meter from others during outdoor activities.
8.When you attend indoor meetings or activities provided that the venues are adequately disinfected and well-ventilated and that participants are under strict health monitoring and observing social distancing.
Businesses and organizations may formulate guidelines for wearing masks in specific situations based on their actual conditions under the guidance of healthcare institutions or personnel.
